Kelly is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia and the Massage Therapy Association of British Columbia. As a recipient of massage and chiropractic treatments for over 20 years, Kelly understands the key role massage therapy plays in restoring and maintaining whole body health. In her practice, she has worked with patients that have sustained spinal cord injuries, injuries resulting from motor vehicle accidents, sports related injuries, neurological conditions and patients in pre and post natal care.
Kelly’s practice focuses on conditions affecting the spine and joints; low back pain, pelvic instability, scar tissue health and movement, rib dysfunction, shoulder, knee and ankle strains/sprains as well as acute and chronic neck tension or pain. Kelly effectively works with patients of all ages who require post-surgical rehabilitation, pre and post natal patients, weekend warriors and professional athletes. Everyone is welcome!
Kelly uses a combination of deep tissue massage, fascial release, joint mobilizations, craniosacral techniques, muscle energy techniques, postural education and rehabilitative stretching and strengthening to help patients restore or maintain their optimal health and function. She believes that understanding the body as a whole is key to treating the root cause of an injury or condition and tailors her treatment approach and home care to each patient.
Kelly is a North Shore resident and in her free time enjoys trail running, yoga and hiking with her two dogs on the North Shore Trails. She is accepting new and referred patients and is looking forward to working with you and your family!
